She tops it off with her favorite part- half hour of yoga.

This 30-year-old Brazilian goddess places health at the top of her totem poll. She’s also a devotee of yoga, explaining that: “Yoga calms me down and also keeps me lean—it makes exercise feel easy.” In addition to her much-loved yoga routine, she keeps up with rigorous 60 minute happy hour classes at Mang Oh Studio. When she really wants to turbo charge her regimen, chiefly a month before a Victoria Secret fashion show, she calls on Leandro Carvalho, the creator of Brazil Butt Lift fitness and personal trainer of supermodels.

Elyse Taylor tells the Sydney Morning Herald: “I exercise and eat right,” fessing up to long workouts on the elliptical machine, the bike and treadmill. “Unfortunately, there’s no secret to it.” Her honesty is refreshing.

Body By Miranda: Live Like You Eat

You might recognize Miranda Kerr as seen draped on the arm of husband-hunk Orlando Bloom, or trotting around town with her adorable son, Flynn. Kerr places health and wellness as a priority in her life.

The supermodel tells Harperbazaar.com: “I live by the philosophy that beauty starts from within and I make a conscious effort to fill my body with nutrients through the food I eat. Becoming a mother has made me even more aware and more passionate about nutrition and wellness. So much so that I am now a certified health coach practitioner.”
