I hope that gigantic fake hair is as warm as a coat because Lady Gaga wore this fishnet outfit out in the freezing cold streets of NY!
Speaking of NYC, I’m going to be headed up there this weekend for a mini-vacation, but I’m going to set this up to post some stuff while I’m gone! And even though the temps will (hopefully) be warmer this weekend, I’ll leave my fishnet outfit at home and pack a coat instead.
After gaining weight in Summer 2012 eating Italian food at her dad’s restaurant, Lady Gaga lost the weight through diet and exercise. She’s said to follow the 5 Factor Diet, which includes five small meals each day (two meals and three snacks) and five kinds of foods: low-glycemic carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, fiber, and sugar-free beverages. Exercise is also important to her.
“I’ve got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I am hung over. And it’s about the cross-training and keeping yourself inspired. I have to say, I do a ton of yoga.”
